EVOLVE PERFORMANCE TEAMS are by invitation only
This class is aimed at intermediate to advanced dancers and is to further develop a student to foster their excellence in dance performance and technique. Routines learned are rehearsed towards Eisteddfods and competitions throughout the year. Styles covered include Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical and Hip Hop. Students invited into EVOLVE Performance Teams must have a mature and dedicated attitude in each lesson. Guest teachers are invited into the EVOLVE Performance Teams classes throughout the year to work closely with our students to inspire and challenge them further.
To be eligible for EVOLVE Performance Teams you must:
- attend one class in a preferred style (Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary or Lyrical) + one technique class per week + one Performance Teams class per week (minimum of 3 classes per week).
- be willing and confident to compete in troupe, solo or duo competitions
- be dedicated to each lesson and work collaboratively with your team
- be available at times for extra rehearsals when necessary
Disclaimer:A student may be asked to leave this class if they do not abide by the above standards and expectations. This is at the discretion of their teacher and studio Principal. Please be aware there are additional fees for such things including costume hire and Eisteddfod entries, which are payable by the student. EVOLVE PERFORMANCE STUDIOS will not be held responsible for any unpaid fees for EVOLVE Performance Teams students.
